陪跑員報名 /Register as Running Buddy
您有興趣參加“視障組路跑”嗎？陪跑員會與一位視障配對一同完成3KM。Are you interested to participate in the “Running Buddy” category? Each Running Buddy will be matched with a visually-impaired runner to complete 3KM.

視障陪跑員權利義務說明
立同意書人報名參加由中華民國路跑協會主辦、渣打國際商業銀行冠名贊助「2026渣打臺北公益馬拉松」之視障陪跑員評選，保證已確實了解並同意遵守所有參賽規則及各項評選規定，如經評選取得陪跑資格之陪跑員，同意承諾以下事項：

1. 陪跑員義務之相關規定
  A. 於網路報名時需依表格要求提供正確且真實的個人資料；需填寫實際之身高體重位有助於配對最適合之視障跑者；若有任何不正確或不實的個人資料，經主辦單位認定有影響配對者該參賽者，將喪失評選資格。所有的個人資料僅供主辦單位辦理本次活動使用，主辦單位將依個人資料保護法規定進行蒐集、處理及利用，並盡適當之保護措施。
  B. 為完全了解如何協助視障跑者正確並安全的競賽，陪跑員須參加由主辦單位安排的3小時「陪跑員訓練」，若未完成訓練者，視為放棄陪跑員資格。
  C. 陪跑員必須具備中文讀和溝通能力，已居住在台灣的民眾為優先考量。
  D. 須配合視障跑者報名之公里數(3KM)。放棄原報名之組別。
2. 陪跑員權利之相關規定
  A. 免費參加3KM視障組路跑。
  B. 1/11(日)活動當日報到領取陪跑員賽事包(號碼布乙張、紀念賽衣乙件)。
  C. 賽後獲得3KM完跑禮及獎牌乙份。
3. 入選名單將於11月公布，屆時予賽事合作之視障公益團體將會進一步與入選陪跑者接洽。

Benefits, Terms and Conditions for Runner Buddy
I have registered and participated in the "Runner Buddy" category of "2026 Standard Chartered Taipei Charity Marathon" which was organized by the Chinese Taipei Road Running Association and title sponsored by the Standard Chartered Bank. I have already read all of the contents for the rules and regulations for the "Runner Buddy" selection and registration procedures and agree to fully comply with and abide by these stipulated rules and regulations (I ACCEPT):

1. Terms and Conditions
  A. Please do fill the actual height and weight for suitably matching your visual impaired runner. The Organizer reserves the right to decline entry of any applicants if they have provided false or incomplete information. The Organizer will process and use the personal data collected for organization, administration, research and promotion purposes. You are entitled to request access to, and correction of, all personal data collected by us, as well as requiring us to delete your data if you no longer with us to process it after having taken part in the Event.
  B. To fully understand how to assist your visual impaired runner and ensure the safety of the Event, selected running buddy must attend a 3 hour" Runner Buddy Training" which provided by the Organizer. The Organizer retains the right to cancel entry to anyone who fails to attend the training.
  C. All registrants of the" Runner Buddy" category must possess the capability of "read" and "speak" fluent Chinese. Registrants who reside in Taiwan have the priority to be selected.
  D. The selected guide runner must accompany the visually impaired runner for the registered distance (3KM) and forfeit their originally registered race category.
2. Benefits
  A. You are entitled to a free 3KM run if you are selected to run as a running buddy.
  B. You will receive your 3KM Runner’s Pack which includes a running buddy bib and a visually-impaired race shirt
  C. You will receive a 3KM medal and after-race souvenir.
3. The finalists will be announced ang notified individually in November 2025 by event partnering NGO.

多年來，渣打銀行在台灣攜手政府單位及社福夥伴，共同打造「看得見的希望視障就業平台」，至今累計幫助近700位視障朋友成功並穩定就業。渣打深知企業所背負的責任與使命，於2019年第四季開始，在台灣推動「Futuremakers by Standard Chartered」全球公益計畫。 此計劃源自於渣打集團，透過提供多元資源與實際行動，協助16-35歲來自視障青年、弱勢女性及微型企業女性創業家。與社福團體合作，結合各組織的專業與資源，為他們提供資源，陪伴他們克服挑戰，拉近夢想的距離。在2020-2024年期間，我們協助近7,900名視障青年及弱勢女性學習新技能、輔助他們就業及創業。 未來，透過您、我善心捐款，一起賦予弱勢青年擁有翻轉未來的機會。
For many years, the Standard Chartered has integrated non-government organisations (NGOs) and charity partners to create “Standard Chartered Seeing is Believing (SiB) Visually Impaired (VI) Employment Platform” and has successfully helped with the employment of nearly 700 VI talents. Since the later half of 2019, the Bank decided to carry the legacy of SiB and launched a global initiative “Futuremakers by Standard Chartered” to support disadvantaged young people aged 16 to 35, especially women, microbusiness entrepreneurs and people with visual impairments, to learn new skills and improve their chances of getting a job or starting their own business without experiencing discrimination nor prejudice. From 2020 to 2024, nearly 7,900 young people have been supported to enhance their employability skills or start their own business. Please join us, offering your supports to empower disadvantaged young people to learn, earn and grow!
